Sierra Sands
It's probably best to judge SIERRA SANDS on his Leicester debut second, given he was held up in a very slowly-run affair at Newmarket 2 weeks ago and he's worth another chance back in calmer waters. Mystical Eye is best not judged on his latest run either and he remains capable of better. Eagle Bay and Galileo Blue are a couple of the newcomers to note. Deep Sleep is one to keep onside longer-term, too.

Sands of Mali colt who made a promising start when runner-up in a Leicester maiden (7f) in September. Never figured in a race run at a crawl when last of 5 in maiden at Newmarket (7f, good, 7/2) 14 days ago but he's well worth another chance to get back on the up here.DatoBaneDist.GårTypePlaceringNewmarket (rowley)7fGood (Good to Soft in places)Flat5/5Leicester7fGood to Soft (Good in places)Flat2/10- 7(6)Mystical EyeJ: Callum HutchinsonT: Andrew Balding50Alder 25.004.50

Expert Eye colt who found the penny dropping late on when staying on for fifth on debut at Kempton (6f) 17 days ago. Far too inexperienced when down the field in Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar (6f) since and he certainly remains with potential returned to calmer waters.DatoBaneDist.GårTypePlaceringRedcar5f 217yGood to Soft (Good in places)Flat12/15Kempton Park6fStandard / SlowFlat5/12- 5(3)Eagle BayJ: Paul MulrennanT: Ed WalkerAlder 26.508.007.00

Dream Ahead gelding who was still green on the back of his debut fifth but again left the impression there's a good deal more to come once he figures things out when ninth of 16 in novice at Thirsk (6f, good to soft) 42 days ago.
